Twitter appoints Head of Communications for MENA

Twitter has appointed Rasha Fawakhiri as Head of Communications for the Middle East and North Africa.
Rasha joins Twitter’s MENA headquarters in Dubai from G4S, where she had been working as a Marketing and Communications Manager since mid-2011, first for the company’s Jordan office, and most recently at the regional level covering the Middle East and Asia.
In her new role Rasha will lead the company’s communications strategy for the Middle East & North Africa region in alignment with Twitter’s global brand story, driving audience growth, engagement and access region-wide.
