S&P Global Commodity Insights has opened a new office in Riyadh and appointed Lulwa Albuainain as Middle East Energy Editor covering oil, gas and energy in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
London-based Herman Wang, who heads EMEA and APAC oil news for the energy information agency, said: “Lulwa will be covering a critical beat for us, at a time when oil and gas markets have gotten incredibly complex - from geopolitical developments to energy transition pressures to Saudi Arabia’s own ambitions on the world stage to now the prospect of trade wars.”
