Public affairs firm Concerto has expanded to the Middle East by opening an office in Dubai.

The Paris-based company, which specialises in strategic communications, business intelligence, and public affairs, has appointed Cédric Roux as Middle East Managing Director, and aims to play a role in linking GCC market leaders with the dynamic and rapidly evolving markets of Africa where it operates from four offices in Abidjan, Tunis, Nairobi and Cape Town.

CEO, François Hurstel, said: “Our expansion into the UAE is a strategic move that positions us at the heart of the GCC’s vibrant market. UAE’s unique geopolitical role and its alignment with our key sectors – renewable energy, agribusiness, sustainable mining, transformative infrastructure, logistics, TMT – make it an ideal hub for our operations.

"By being closer to our GCC clients, we can better support their growth ambitions in Africa, a region that is increasingly critical to global economic development.”
