Ooredoo tv to Broadcast Rotana TV Channels

Qatar-based telecoms firm Ooredoo has signed a deal to make Rotana Media Group television channels available on its recently launched Ooredoo tv service.
The agreement adds eight Rotana HD channels as part of Ooredoo tv’s basic package, giving viewers more Arabic content, including television series, lifestyle programming, movies and music videos.
Ooredoo will also have exclusive rights for three new Rotana channels in Qatar, providing customers with access to an extensive library of Arabic movies in high definition.
The channels include Rotana Cinema HD, Rotana Khalijiyah HD, Rotana Aflam HD, Rotana Classic HD, Rotana Masriya HD, Rotana Music HD, LBC Sat HD, M+ HD, Rotana Aflam + HD, Rotana+ HD and Al Resalah HD.
Ooredoo tv launched in February this year as the replacement for Mozaic TV, and combines apps, on-demand and live television in one box.
