National Geographic Abu Dhabi has unveiled highlights of its 2016 programming grid with the introduction of new shows and the continuation of existing favourites.
Among the new programmes to feature on the free-to-air Arabic channel are Filthy Riches, Inside the American Mob, Bridge The Gap + Kid Nomad: Mongolia, Animals Gone Wild, and The Big Picture with Kal Penn.
Full of awe-inspiring scenery and wildlife, Wild Colombia and Japan’s Wild Year are among the specials to join the channel’s Destination Wild slot, while its Culinary Block has moved to a new time slot and will feature fresh episodes of Eat Street and Street Food Around the World.
Continuing series include the fourth season of Wicked Tuna, and the ongoing first season of Building Wild.
National Geographic Abu Dhabi was launched in July 2009 by Abu Dhabi Media and National Geographic Channels International.
