Rob Sinclair has been appointed Senior Global Communications Manager at Borouge.
He joins the Abu Dhabi-based petrochemical business from Masdar, where he was a Corporate Communications Manager for CIS, Africa and the Middle East for the past year, having been Head of Communications and Marketing at AMEA Power before that.
