New Editor for Utilities Middle East

Abd Baset Asaba has been appointed editor of Utilities Middle East magazine.
He joins ITP Publishing Group from PR and creative communications agency ProGlobal Media where he worked as a Senior Content Editor. He also previously worked for the Mail and Guardian in South Africa and Al Jazeera Media Network in Dubai.
In his new role, Asaba will be covering the region's water, gas and electricity utility sectors.
