A regional edition of US-based entrepreneurship and business publication Inc. magazine launched this month.
Inc. Arabia will target business owners and CEOs of fast-growth companies in the MENA region, tracking the journey from start-up to fully managed company.
The monthly magazine is published by Qatar-based Vistas Media under license from Manseuto Ventures, owner of the Inc. and Fast Company media brands in the US, with 15,000 copies distributed in the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, and plans for future expansion in the Levant, Egypt and the rest of the GCC.
"The Middle East & North Africa is on the cusp of an entrepreneurial breakout, and as such, we feel that our timing to come to this market has been on the money,” said Managing Editor, Ankush Chibber. “We are witnessing the arrival of the new economy in the region, which is underlined by increased innovation and entrepreneurship.”
Inc. Arabia will include interviews with successful entrepreneurs, in-depth case-studies and information on business trends, marketing and sales, personnel management, design, new media and technology.
“We don’t want to be just a magazine, but a platform where all the stakeholders in the ecosystem come together and are able to exchange and validate ideas, insights, strategies, and achievements using our print, digital and event channels,” Chibber added.
July’s launch issue features Souq.com co-founder and CEO Ronaldo Mouchawar on the cover, and includes insights into the world of virtual reality, modern workplace design, and F&B start-ups.
