Dubai-based House of Comms has announced the acquisition of international digital communications agency RUA Digital in a move to bolster its creative solutions with digital expertise.

Along with the rebrand of the company to House of Comms Integrated Communications and the launch of a new website, the agency now offers fully integrated digital strategies to its clients, incorporating content, social media, Google Analytics, website development, online advertising and SEO support.

"We established House of Comms to work with clients that we feel truly passionate about," said Managing Partner, Kaja Weller.

"The acquisition of RUA Digital is testament to our vision for House of Comms and through this partnership we look forward to meeting the demands by brands for a truly integrated approach. We are firm believers that it simply doesn't work to view PR and Digital in isolation; both need to form part of a cohesive and integrated communications strategy for businesses to ensure maximum return of investment and impact on bottom line."

Former Managing Director of RUA Digital, Naomh McElhatton, joins House Of Comm's board as Director of Strategy and Education and is charged with leading strategic guidance to clients and consultants, while also spearheading the agency's newly founded Digital Training Academy.
