Environment Magazine Launched in Qatar

Qatar’s Ministry of Environment has launched a new magazine covering natural resources, environmental protection and sustainable development in the country.
Environment will be issued quarterly in Arabic and English, and is headed editorially by Ahmed Hussein Al Mutawa as Editor-in-Chief.
Minister of Environment, H.E Ahmed bin Amer Al Humaidi, wrote in the editorial of the first issue that the ministry's main mission is to protect and develop Qatar's environment, as well as promote capacity building, awareness and community partnerships to ensure environmental sustainability.
