Cicero & Bernay Public Relations (C&B) has partnered with Saudi PR and social media agency Y&D Communications (Y&D) in a strategic alliance geared towards GCC expansion.
The agreement sees Jeddah-based Y&D and Cicero & Bernay harness their combined expertise including strategic planning, PR and technical proficiency within the region, whilst also benefiting from their mutual insights and tactical abilities.
Cicero & Bernay is part of communications network Publinet Group, a regional communications network headquartered in Dubai.
According to Ahmed Itani, COO of Cicero & Bernay, the affiliation forms part of the agency’s long-term expansion plans in the Gulf.
“Public Relations is becoming an increasingly important and valuable asset for organisations across all four corners of our region,” he said. “We are pleased to be part of the current wave of growth and we are confident that our affiliation with Y&D will provide even more expertise and geographical reach for our clients.”
Established in 2012, Y&D Communications operates with a special focus on corporate communications, media relations strategy, and management of digital and social media.
COO of Y&D Communications, Younus Inayat, commented: “We are confident that our alliance with C&B will prove to be a highly valuable and complementary collaboration for both companies. Our agency has a long-established reputation and significant presence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s modern communications landscape, and this new cooperation with C&B will ensure we are extremely well placed to take advantage of the sterling growth the public relations industry is seeing across the region.”
