Cicero & Bernay Announces Senior Appointments

Dubai-based PR agency Cicero & Bernay has appointed Grace Asmar as Director of Practices & Offerings.
In the new role, Grace will act as the agency’s custodian of all PR brands and personnel, as well as being responsible for the development and management of clients.
She will also work closely with C&B directors and personnel to drive the agency’s vision and strategy, as well as having responsibility for expansion into new practices and offerings, client business development and talent management.
The agency has also strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Jamal H. Iqbal as Director of Brand Outreach, with the remit to add a unique brand-focused and creative perspective to client strategies.
Jamal brings award-winning campaign experience to the agency, including campaigns recognized at the Abbies, Effies, Cannes Lions, and the Cannes ACT Tributes that won a Gold and Silver at the Dubai Lynx 2016.
Cicero & Bernay is part of communications network Publinet Group, which also includes social-media agency RAW, and creative think-tank Spark* Middle East.
