BNC to produce 2016 Gulfood Conference

Dubai-based BNC Publishing has been appointed as conference producer for the 2016 Gulfood Conference.
The two-day event takes place from February 22–23 at the Conrad Dubai and will cover the topics of: halal food; food science and manufacture; global food security, public health and the food industry over 20 panel sessions, keynotes and specialist presentations.
BNC Publishing publishes the Entrepreneur portfolio of magazines, in addition to Hotel News ME, Catering News ME, Logistics News ME and Construction Business New ME.
Publishing Director, Diarmuid O’Malley, said: “The Gulfood Conference is one of the most important events in the calendar for F&B professionals, policy makers and business consultants. The Gulfood Conference will be preceded by The F&B Business Forum, on February 21, at Dubai World Trade Centre.
Designed to bring together the UAE’s thriving F&B start up community, The F&B Business Forum will comprise sessions on international trading; franchising; the future of restaurant finance; and advice for F&B entrepreneurs.
