Arva Ahmed launches YouTube channel for foodies

The founder of Dubai food tour company Frying Pan Adventures has launched a YouTube channel for foodies.
Ditch The Silver is hosted by Arva Ahmed and features food stories across different cultures - from Dubai’s diverse food scene to the kitchens and street corners of the Middle East, Africa, the Indian subcontinent, and Asia.
“You won’t find viral gimmicks or ratings here,” she said. “Just real food, recipes, and cultural experiences I’ve discovered over the years of being a food tour guide, podcaster and writer. 'Ditch The Silver' means that we leave the polished tableware behind to savor food the way it’s meant to be - simple, soulful, and unforgettable.”
