Al Arabiya News is doubling its live streaming output to six hours per day with the launch of several new shows.
Counterpoints, hosted by Melinda Nucifora, will air political debates between opposing viewpoints four days a week starting April 3rd.
Other additions include a news program hosted by Leigh-Ann Gerrans, business economics show The Rial Deal hosted by Tom Burges Watson, a daily international press review, and concise segments explaining the background and implications of the day’s top stories.
Al Arabiya News, which also features shows presented by Riz Khan and Hadley Gamble, launched online news programs in September 2024 with a three-hour daily live stream.
