104.8 Channel 4 Launches New Evening Show

UAE radio station 104.8 Channel 4 has launched its brand new evening show Evenings in:Demand hosted by Jay Skye and new presenter JJ Thompson.
Thompson has joined the station from Capital FM in the UK, but first came to the British public's attention as a member of the band Kingsland Road which made the ‘live shows’ stage of Simon Cowell’s hit TV programme The X-Factor in 2013.
Jay Skye, who formerly presented the Mid Morning Show, is also a TV presenter for What’s Cooking UAE where she reviews 5-star restaurants, quirky cafes and great places to eat across the UAE.
Thomas Ferguson, Programme Director at 104.8 Channel 4, said: “JJ is one of the rising stars of the radio industry, so I’m thrilled that he is now part of the Channel 4 team.
“He’s charismatic, passionate about music and has fallen in love with the UAE. Together they will be the new ‘must listen to’ evening show in the region.”
Evenings in:Demand broadcasts from 7-10pm on weekdays (Sun-Thurs) on 104.8 FM, via the Channel 4 app on iOs and Android, and on the Channel 4 website.
